Portland Opera’s Resident Artist Program for the 2024-25 season introduces collaborative pianist Claire Forstman alongside emerging talents soprano Ginaia Black, mezzo-soprano Erin Roth Thomas, tenor Nathaniel Catasca, and baritone Matthew Maisano. These artists will engage in eight months of intensive training, including vocal technique and performance opportunities, under the guidance of esteemed faculty. Among their performances, the Resident Artists will present a specialized Opera Scenes program on January 18, showcasing their diverse skills and artistry.
